Tue, Apr 26: Three streets in Halifax’s downtown district are about to get a major facelift. Council voted to go ahead with projects today that will improve the streetscaping on sections of Argyle and Grafton Streets, as well as Spring Garden Road. As Global’s Rebecca Lau reports, the city is prepared to spend about $17 million on the improvements.
