Bypass construction will need to revamp recently built interchange

As progress continues on the Regina Bypass it means another infrastructure project will need a major overhaul. The Pinkie Road Interchange, just west of the city on Highway One, is slated for a face-lift after only being completed in 2013. David Baxter has more on the work that will need to happen.
