April 5: A new plan to improve transit in the city made another step through regional council today. Halifax Transit sifted through tens of thousands of comments to create it, and regional council today agreed to discuss it next week. While many agree it's a good idea, some say the plan doesn't go far enough. Global's Steve Silva reports.
