Sun, Apr 3: The Belgians are taking the first step toward putting Brussels airport back to work with a trio of flights described as mostly symbolic. The airport has partially re-opened 12 days after the bombings that killed 16 people at the airport and another 16 in the subway. But it isn’t expected to be back to full service until the summer months at the earliest. Officials expect to see about 20 per cent of capacity tomorrow. Jacques Bourbeau reports.
