Winnipeg to crack down on illegal dumping by installing cameras

A new pilot project is hoping to catch people dumping old couches, mattresses and garbage in back lanes and lots around Winnipeg. In the coming weeks the city will mount six cameras in undisclosed locations around the city it deems as problem areas. Global’s Brittany Greenslade reports.
