Sun, Mar 20: Some Metro Vancouver houseboat owners worry their cost of living is about to go way up. They live in small boat marinas in East Richmond and say the last time their rent was reviewed by Port Metro Vancouver, it jumped by more than 100 per cent. Nadia Stewart reports.
