March 11: This Sunday marks the beginning of Daylight Saving Time. Yes, that means changing our clocks and losing an hour of sleep. It’s a practice that most of Canada has followed for about 100 years now. But is it still necessary? And is it doing more harm than good? Rebecca Lau reports.
