In just over one week, the annual High School Culinary Challenge Awards will be handed out. Eighteen Edmonton area schools have competed with the preparation of a three-course meal. Kara Uness and Paul Campbell join Kent in the kitchen to prepare one of the dishes that will be on the menu.
