CAQ denounces proposed commuter tax

Sun, Feb 21: Members of the Coalition Avenir Quebec are urging the provincial government to drop a plan that would allow off-island suburbs to impose a new tax on vehicle registrations to fund public transit. According to the CAQ about one million drivers could soon be hit with a new $45 tax. As Felicia Parrillo reports residents are none too happy.
