WADA says responsibility to clean up doping corruption now in Russian hands

Dick Pound, president of the World Anti-Doping Agency, said Thursday that their findings now put the onus on Russia to ensure it cleans up widespread doping corruption among its athletes if it wants to compete in future Olympics.
