Self-driving car caught on camera circling out of control in reverse

A frightening scene on a busy street in Moreno Valley. A car went out of control – and drove in circles without a driver inside it. As Erica Nochlin reports, police deployed a tactic normally used in high-speed pursuits to put an end to it.
