Refugees, migrants face razor wire fence at Hungarian border

Tue, Sep 15: Hungary is trying to stop the flow of refugees and migrants over its borders by putting up a razor wire fence. The thousands of people desperate to cross the border can’t turn back but are being arrested if they try to break through. As Jeff Semple reports, even more fences are going up.
