Previous story:
NEAR OSOYOOS -- A major crash closed Highway 3 for several hours near Spotted Lake.
Traffic is now open to single lane alternating traffic nine kilometres west of Osoyoos, after a fiery crash just after 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Osoyoos RCMP can't confirm the cause of the crash yet, but believe that one truck sideswiped the other.
It's believed one of the trucks was carrying lumber, which caused flames from the crash to spread to the nearby brush.
