The parents of Brian Ilesic, who was one of three people murdered in the 2012 at the University of Alberta, are pushing for change to how often convicted murders can apply for parole. As Sarah Komadina explains, Brian’s Bill could mean saving families from being re-traumatized by yearly hearings.
