Fire crews battled a massive blaze in the city’s West End on Saturday, with thick smoke filling the area near Agnes Street and St. Matthews Avenue. Five people were taken to hospital, including three in critical condition. Two neighbouring homes were evacuated as crews worked to contain the fire.
