With temperatures outside plummeting, the cold spell is creating major challenges for outdoor attractions like the Toronto Zoo. But it's not just winter causing problems. The sweltering heat last summer also affected attendance. The zoo says it's adapting operations to deal with extreme weather. Nicole Di Donato reports.
