Families woke up to yet another snow day in Kingston, the seventh in just thirteen school days since the holiday break. With buses cancelled but schools still open, for some parents it meant another day of scrambling to juggle work and kids. Global’s Jesse Reynolds spoke with a local mother and an employment lawyer about the ripple effects for adults trying to stay on the clock.
