The Peterborough region has had its fair share of winter weather woes this year, and Old Man Winter certanly isn't taking a break for the holidays. With freezing rain, snow and more wind on the way, Hydro One and public works employees are trying to keep the roads clear and the community safe. Madeleine McColl reports.
