OPP announce auto theft arrests

Ontario Provincial Police and the Canada Border Services Agency recovered more than 300 stolen vehicles in what was called Project Chickadee.  As Sean O’Shea reports, authorities say they’ve successfully dismantled an auto theft criminal organization.
