We are back in Abbotsford for the latest on the flooding and we are in the eastern Fraser Valley as high winds and heavy rain is causing havoc for residents there. A young mother was killed by a falling tree limb in Chilliwack on Monday and we take a look at the efforts taken to protect B.C. from floodwaters and what more could be done.
