Book, opera production cancelled after Thomas King reveals he is not Indigenous

Renowned Canadian author Thomas King’s revelation this week – the fact that he is not Indigenous – has led to the cancellation of two major projects. His latest book isn’t going ahead, and neither is an Edmonton opera production of ‘Indians on Vacation’ – one of King’s most famous reads.
