Pressure is mounting for governments and the private sector alike to find permanent and quick solutions to the homeless crisis. With the need for more permanent solutions, one local organization is taking the lead. While their concept emerged abroad, it's now being hailed as a first in Quebec. Phil Carpenter reports.
