In a press conference Friday, B.C. Conservation Officer Kevin Van Damme provided an update regarding the grizzly bear attack on Thursday in Bella Coola. He said it was difficult to determine if the increase in attacks was a rising trend, as one single bear can sometimes be responsible for multiple incidents.
