Southeast Alberta is home to the world’s largest dry mustard miller, and it’s about to get even bigger. Located on the outskirts of Bow Island, G.S. Dunn Limited is entering the final phases of a $30 million expansion, backed by a $3.1 million tax credit from the province. As Jordan Prentice reports, the investment is creating new opportunities in the region.
