Despite Boulet’s fast-tracking of Bill 14, weekend STM strike still looms

Despite the suspension of a strike that has paralyzed transit service in the city, Quebec’s labour minister made good on his promise and has moved forward with Bill 14 earlier than expected. The new law, designed to limit strikes, is already under fire from unions and opposition parties. As Felicia Parrillo reports, it won’t be enough to stop the bus drivers’ strike planned for this weekend.
