Quebec labour minister ready to fast-track bill to end STM strike

Quebec’s Labour Minister says he’s ready to take action to put an end to the STM strike. Jean Boulet confirmed Tuesday he will move to fast-track Bill 89 — legislation that would give him the power to order employees back to work. But as Felicia Parrillo reports, not everyone is on board.
