Tuesday saw the fifth day in a row where over 1,000 flights had been cancelled due to the ongoing U.S. government shutdown. The department of transportation ordered a 6 per cent decrease in flight capacity at 40 of America’s largest airports, which will increase to 10 per cent by Friday. Reggie Cecchini reports.
