Toronto unveils new plan for public housing site where ceiling collapsed

The city of Toronto is providing an update on its plan to rebuild a public housing complex that has been sitting empty for three years. As Megan King reports, people who were forced to leave Swansea Mews public housing property when the ceiling collapsed are learning about the site’s future.
