Vancouver claims 23-year low in violent crime

Vancouver’s mayor, police chief, and fire chief all say violent crime, robberies, and mental health calls are on the decline. They’re crediting Task Force Barrage, a Downtown Eastside safety enforcement blitz that was rolled out last February. Alissa Thibault reports.
