Vancouver mayor presents findings of Lapu Lapu Day attack report

Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim says a report into the horrific Lapu Lapu Day attack found that organizers had followed all appropriate policies. Despite that, he says the report makes a number of forward-facing recommendations, including new city policies around “hostile vehicle mitigation.”
