Advocacy groups Skipping Stone and Egale Canada have filed a lawsuit against the province of Alberta surrounding controversial legislation that requires parental notification if a child chooses names or pronouns in school. As Skylar Peters reports, the organizations — and parents — say it could cause harm to gender-fluid children in the province.
