New UofT residence not ready for upcoming fall semester students

The start of the school year is off to a rocky start for some University of Toronto students who were told their new home isn’t ready yet. The university is setting students up in other accommodations until Oak House is complete, but some international students say they were given little warning. Matthew Bingley has the details.
