Changes to Edmonton animal care and control bylaw

For the first time in 20 years, the City of Edmonton is welcoming an updated animal care and control bylaw. The bylaw addresses issues like animal welfare, dog attacks and bites, and feral cats. Director of animal care and park rangers John Wilson spoke with Global News Morning Edmonton about the changes.
