An American reporter complimented Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on his suit on Monday during a joint press conference with U.S. President Donald Trump, after previously criticizing the Ukrainian leader for not wearing formal attire during his February Oval Office visit. Zelenskyy wore an all-black suit to the meeting, a departure from the combat-style clothing he has worn since Russia’s 2022 invasion of his country. Zelenskyy quipped back to the reporter, saying it appeared he was wearing the same suit while Zelenskyy had changed.
