It was a scary night for residents of B.C. coastal communities, after one of the most powerful earthquakes ever recorded triggered a widespread tsunami alert. Luckily, the waves that hit the B.C. coast were small, but as Troy Charles reports, this scare is putting a fresh focus on the provincial warning system and emergency preparedness.
