Police investigating hateful graffiti in Toronto’s west end

Toronto police are investigating after a number of trash bins were spray painted with swastikas in the city’s west end. It was first reported to police last week but as Caryn Lieberman reports, officers were called back to the area for further investigation on Tuesday.
