An African market happening near city hall was interrupted after a piece of equipment fell on to some of the market participants. Last fall, the province passed the bill prohibiting doctors from treating children under 16 years old with puberty blockers and hormone therapies. But, on Friday, a temporary injunction was issued, preventing its implementation.
