We're learning more about the man accused of murdering his girlfriend and then disposing of her body through an apartment garbage system. Jeffrey Smith had a history of assault and spent time in a mental health in-patient centre. As Caryn Lieberman reports, doctors had indicated Smith posed a significant threat to the public.
