Delivery driver throws water to stranded train passengers in London

A delivery driver with a good arm threw water to passengers stuck on a hot train in London, England over the weekend. Local media say three trains were left stranded in the sweltering heat after a fourth got stuck. The lines were eventually reopened, according to National Rail.
