Westmounters demand changes to proposed development at Ste-Catherine and Atwater

Some Westmount residents want their city to return to the drawing board and rework redevelopment plans for a section of Ste-Catherine Street near Atwater. They believe the municipality’s proposals are way out of step with what is needed in the area. As Phil Carpenter reports, they’re afraid of the impact on local institutions.
