Canada Border Services Agency sees decrease in stolen vehicles

The National Action Plan aimed at reducing auto theft in Canada is yielding promising results, as evidenced by recent data from the Canada Border Services Agency. The agency has reported a decline in the number of stolen vehicles intercepted while being smuggled out of the country. Kyle Benning reports.
