CAA reveals top 10 worst roads in Ontario list

CAA has released its annual report showcasing the top 10 worst roads in Ontario based on voter participation. One Hamilton road takes the top spot for the second year in a row but nearly half of the roads on this list are from the GTA. Jaden Lee-Lincoln reports from Eglinton Avenue West.
