Orange cones set to dominate Montreal again this summer as roadwork plans unveiled

It’s without a doubt the least favourite part of summer, especially for drivers. Officials announced today hundreds of upcoming road work projects and closures around the city. They’re asking commuters to avoid the heaviest traffic areas, but as Tim Sargeant reports, for many, that’s easier said than done.
