Each year, May 1 marks International Workers Day – popularly known as “May Day.” In 2025, the international movement saw passionate citizens staging protests across the globe, calling not only for better labour protection, but for action against U.S. President Donald Trump and the economic unrest he has ignited in his 100 days in office.
