Description
April 29, 2025
The 53-year-old man who crashed a bus into a daycare in Laval in 2023, has been found not criminally responsible for killing two children and injuring six others. A Quebec Superior Court judge accepted the joint recommendation from the crown and defense and concluded Pierre Ny St-Amand was unable to discern right from wrong on the day of the crash. April 29, 2025
The 53-year-old man who crashed a bus into a daycare in Laval in 2023, has been found not criminally responsible for killing two children and injuring six others. A Quebec Superior Court judge accepted the joint recommendation from the crown and defense and concluded Pierre Ny St-Amand was unable to discern right from wrong on the day of the crash.
