Okanagan Lake second crossing plan appears dead in the water

It’s long been proposed, but plans for a second Okanagan Lake crossing have hit a major roadblock. The City of Kelowna has laid out its vision for the North End – and another crossing is not part of that plan. Sydney Morton has more on what the options might be.
