A pilot program by SickKids is trying to improve access for families in need of a doctor. A kiosk has been set up inside a mall to help connect with the emergency department clinical team, without making a trip to the hospital. As Megan King reports, it’s providing an opportunity to bring better health care into communities that are historically underserved.
