Animal researchers from New Zealand have shared video of a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife encounter between a shark and an octopus. While flying their drone over the Hauraki Gulf, the team’s drone captured footage of a Maori octopus riding on the back of the fastest shark alive: the shortfin mako.
