March 14, 2025
The first legal challenge to Bill 212 has seen a judge rule in favor of the Ford government. While the group behind the challenge failed to secure an injunction to halt the removal of three bike lanes in Toronto, they remain optimistic for their next court battle. Matthew Bingley reports.
