Saturday marks the eve of the race to replace Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as leader of Canada’s Liberal party. Late Friday, the Manitoba government announced remains found at a landfill north of the city belong to Morgan Harris. Harris is one of four Indigenous women murdered by Jeremy Skibicki, who is serving four life sentences for the 2022 murders.
